Brothers Richard Schulz and William Schulz, third-generation owners and operators of the family business, lead the company. They take an active role in every job, keeping customers informed and satisfied throughout the building construction process.

Richard Schulz, president, oversees work in the field, coordinating all trades on the job and ensuring that work is performed to specifications and quality standards. He is a graduate of Kent State University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and real estate. Rick is active in freemasonry as a past master of Harding-Concordia Lodge of Cleveland. He is an advocate for children with special needs, and a Special Olympics organizer. He and his wife, Cindy, have been married 30 years and have four children.

William Schulz, vice president, manages the bidding, planning and administrative functions, working closely with subcontractors and architects. Bill holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Kent State University. He and his wife, Carol, have been married 26 years and have two children.

Charles Schulz Sr. and Charles Schulz Jr. began the company in 1937 on a foundation of integrity that continues today.
