Sherman’s Corners Professional Park

A 21,000-square-foot professional office park is currently under construction.  Charles Schulz Building Company has worked side by side with the property owner from the beginning.  We get involved in preliminary cost projections and presentations to local planning commissions for approval.  We are the construction manager for all aspects of the project, including tenant build-out and lease negotiations.

Animal Hospitals

This specialty practice requires knowledge of veterinary requirements for surgical, kennel, and ventilations needs. We have successfully built or renovated several animal hospitals and emergency clinics.
